Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with the Town of Newport, NH, to provide courtroom and office space for the Newport Circuit Court comprised of approximately 8,658 square feet located at 55 Main Street, Newport, NH, in an amount not to exceed $340,165.44. Effective February 1, 2014 through January 31, 2018. 100% Transfer Funds – transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies.
