Authorize to enter into a sub grant totaling $28,993, with Emerge Family Advocates, from the 2010 Safe Havens: Supervised Visitation and Safe Exchange Grant Program, for the purpose of providing visitation and safe exchange services for victims in NH, with a history of family violence. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
