Authorize to transfer funds in the amount of $12,000 within a budgeted federal grant entitled State Criminal Alien Assistance Program, to realign appropriated funds that will be utilized by the Department for correctional purposes. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on January 10, 2014.
