Authorize to enter into agreements with multiple dental contractors: (1) Easter Seals NH Inc., Manchester, NH; (2) Families First of the Greater Seacoast, Portsmouth, NH; (3) Goodwin Community Health, Somersworth, NH; and (4) Tri County Community Action Program Inc., Berlin, NH, to provide limited dental treatment to adults age 60 and older that will be participating in a dental screening project. No maximum or minimum client and service volume is guaranteed. Accordingly, the price limitation among all agreements is $22,309 each SFY for a total of $44,618. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
