Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to accept and expend Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for the May 2011 floods in the amount of $196,371 for the implementation of cost effective mitigation projects. (2)Further authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to accept and expend Hazard Mitigation Grant Program funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for the May 2012 floods in the amount of $510,353 for the implementation of cost effective mitigation projects. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on January 10, 2014.
