Authorize the Division of State Police to retroactively amend a federal pass through grant received from the NH Department of Justice (originally approved by G&C on 3-8-13, item #70), for the purpose of purchasing software enhancements to the existing Automated Fingerprint Identification System, by extending the end-date from September 30, 2013 to September 30, 2014. No Additional Funding. 100% Agency Income. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on January 10, 2014.
