Authorize to accept and expend State and Local Implementation Grant Program funds in the amount of $879,887 from the National Telecommunications and Information Administration, US Department of Commerce. (2)Further authorize to establish class 046 consultant positions for the purpose of providing program required, communications-related data collection, surveying outreach to local communities, documentation, technical guidance, education, assessment and reporting out to NTIA as approved by the SLIGP Grant Program. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on January 10, 2014.
