Authorize to enter into a retroactive sole source memorandum of agreement with the Commonwealth of Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Division of Motor Carriers International Fuel Tax Agreement Processing Consortium, for a price not to exceed $849,623 for the purpose of facilitating the IFTA and providing a basis for processing of NH’s IFTA tax returns. Effective January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2019. 100% Highway Funds.
