Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to transfer funds in the amount of $1,430,000 from the Turnpike General Reserve Account to budget and expend revenue for expenditures that were historically paid out of the Turnpike Capital Program. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Turnpike Funds.
