Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with the University of NH, Earth Systems Research Center, Durham, NH, to continue implementation of the state’s Floodplain/Risk MAP program, as approved by G&C Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, in the amount of $27,500. Effective upon G&C approval through September 14, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
