Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to grant a permanent access easement on state-owned land located on the east side of NH Route 153 in the Town of Wakefield, Carroll County. The conveyance will be a direct sale to Duane and Cynthia Bickford for $4,800 and the Department will charge an administrative fee of $1,100. Effective upon G&C approval. The easement will be conveyed without any explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, or other recreations activities, and applicable local and state laws will govern such activities.
