Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with the Foundation for Healthy Communities, Concord, NH, to identify the needs, and provide implementation and evaluation of tasks to assist NH’s 13 small rural hospitals with the transition to the International Classification of Disease ICD-10 code system, in an amount not to exceed $222,000. Effective upon G&C approval through August 31, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
