Authorize to enter into an agreement with Granite State College, Concord, NH, for the provision of an education and training partnership that provides training and education opportunities to resource families, residential care providers, certain post-adoptive families and Division for Children, Youth and Families staff, in an amount not to exceed $862,000. Effective January 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through December 31, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
