Authorize to enter into an agreement with Granite State College, Concord, NH, to administer a tuition assistance program for the provision of tuition assistance for Child Care Teachers and Directors of Child Care Programs for Young Children, in an amount not to exceed $450,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
