Authorize to amend an agreement with H.E.A.R.T.S. Peer Support Center of Greater Nashua Region VI, Nashua, NH, to provide a peer-operated crisis respite program in an amount not to exceed $75,195. Effective January 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
