Authorize the Bureau of Environment to enter into a sole source memorandum of understanding with the Department of Cultural Resources, Division of Historical Resources, for preparation of a National Register Nomination for the Portsmouth Downtown Historic District, in an amount not to exceed $175,000. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2016. 100% Federal Funds (NH’s share).
