Authorize to enter into an agreement with Gayle Spelman, Physician Assistant, to provide reimbursement for payment of educational loans through the State Loan Repayment Program, in an amount not to exceed $44,000. Effective January 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through December 31, 2016. 100% General Funds.
