(2)Further authorize to enter into a sole source schedule of the Master Lease agreement with International Financial Services Corporation, Libertyville, IL, for the lease of one new Husky Snow Groomer with Passenger Cabin, in the total amount of $194,670. Effective December 1, 2013 through May 1, 2017. 100% Revolving Funds.
