Description
Authorize the Bureau of Trails and the Department of Administrative Services, Risk Management Unit to enter into a contract with FIAI Inc., d/b/a Cross Insurance, Manchester, NH, to purchase general liability insurance coverage for the Off Highway Recreational Vehicle Trails Program, Snowmobile, and NH Heritage Trails, for a total cost not to exceed $120,645. Effective January 1, 2014 through January 1, 2017. 100% OHRV and Snowmobile Funds.
