Authorize the Division of Career Technology and Adult Learning to enter into a contract with RKM Research and Communications Inc., Portsmouth, NH, to conduct a statewide customer satisfaction survey of its primary customers, in an amount not to exceed $104,550. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2016. 100% Federal Funds.
