Authorize to enter into a contract with Gibson Consulting Group of Austin, TX, to annually collect parent involvement surveys from approximately 33,000 parents of students with disabilities and post school outcome surveys from approximately 3,000 special education students one year after they have exited high school, for required reporting in the NH Department of Education, Bureau of Special Education Annual Performance Report, in the amount not to exceed $276,981. Effective January 1, 2014 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through December 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
