Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to amend an agreement with Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc., Bedford, NH, and Watertown, MA (originally approved by G&C on 12-18-08, item #77), for the final design for the widening of the Spaulding Turnpike in the Town of Newington and City of Dover, by extending the completion date from December 31, 2013 to December 31, 2014. No Additional Funding.
