Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to amend an agreement with McFarland-Johnson Inc., Concord, NH, and Binghamton, NY, (originally approved by G&C on 3-24-10, item #123), for the final design for the replacement or removal of six red list bridges over the US Rte 1 Bypass in the City of Portsmouth, by extending the completion date from December 31, 2013 to September 30, 2014. No Additional Funding.
