Description
Authorize the Bureau of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a retroactive contract with Bauen Corporation, Meredith, NH, for mold remediation repairs at the NH Veterans Home, Tilton, NH, for a total price not to exceed $53,800. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $5,000 for unanticipated structural expenses, bringing the total to $58,800. Effective November 8, 2013 through December 16, 2013. 100% Operating – General Funds.
