Authorize to amend an existing contract with Karmic Landscapes, Inc., Bow, NH (originally approved by G&C on 11/13/24, Item #144), for snow removal services by adding one additional location and increasing the price limitation by $70,709.10 from $278,652 to an amount not to exceed $349,361.10 and no change to the completion date. Effective upon G&C approval through July 31, 2027.
