Authorize to enter into a contract with Triple Construction, LLC, Merrimack, NH, in an amount up to and not to exceed $82,186 for Milford Circuit Court sound and cellblock improvements for the New Hampshire Bureau of Courts. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $8,218.60 for services should they be found necessary. (3) Further authorize a payment of $14,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering and project management services provided. Effective upon G&C approval through December 1, 2025. 100% Capital Funds
