Authorize to enter into a grant agreement with Frisbie Memorial Hospital, Rochester, NH, under which the Division of Public Health Services will provide three portable ventilators and necessary accessories valued at $20,970 to enhance respiratory medical capacity in response to a large-scale health emergency, using funding supported by the Federal Department of Homeland Security Grant to NH. Effective upon G&C approval and until the grant agreement is terminated by one of the parties. 100% Other Funds.
