Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into a sole source contract with Tsigonis Companies Inc., Fairbanks, Alaska, to update the existing Operation and Maintenance Manual to document modifications made to the wastewater treatment plant at Mount Washington State Park in Gorham, NH, in the amount of $8,500. Effective upon G&C approval through February 1, 2014. 100% Capital Funds.
