Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to amend a contract with Boston Express Bus Inc., Concord, NH, (originally approved by G&C on 4-17-13, item #106), to complete the overhaul of 3 State-owned MCI motor coaches that are leased to Boston Express Bus Inc., which provides intercity bus services for the general public along the I-93 and Route 3 corridors to Boston, MA, by extending the overall contract completion date from December 31, 2013 to June 30, 2014. No Additional Funding.
