Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving Inc., Londonderry, NH, for the installation of median barrier on NH Route 101, I-293 and I-93 in Bedford and Manchester, on the basis of a low bid of $1,903,950.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $95,197.53 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 22, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
