Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Continental Paving Inc., Londonderry, NH, for pavement rehabilitation along 5.3 miles on NH Route 125 in the Towns of Kingston and Brentwood, on the basis of a low bid of $2,039,030.29. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $101,951.51 for payment of latent conditions, which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through August 15, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
