TABLED – The Governor and Council on motion of Councilor Pappas, seconded by Councilor Van Ostern voted to table the request of the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into an agreement with McFarland-Johnson Inc., Concord, NH, and Binghamton, NY, to prepare the second phase of the preliminary engineering design for the section of Interstate 93 passing through Bow and Concord from I-89 through I-393, in an amount not to exceed $1,660,885.66. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2015. 100% Turnpike Funds.
