Authorize to enter into sub grants with the entities as detailed in letter dated October 15, 2013, for the total amount of $31,645.02 from the FFY 2012 John R. Justice Grant Program which provides funding to assist Prosecutors and Public Defenders with education loans. These sub grants represent the payment of student loan debt incurred by prosecutors and public defenders to eligible loan institutions. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2013. 100% Federal Funds.
