Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing Use of Premises Agreement with Riverbend Community Mental Health, Inc., Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 5/5/21, Item #6) for the continued operation of a community residence at the State-owned Twitchell House (111 Pleasant Street, Concord, NH), at no cost to the Department, by exercising an agreement renewal option and extending the completion date from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2030.
