Authorize to grant funds in accordance with the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 to Merrimack County Department of Corrections, Boscawen, NH, to assist the operation of their approved career and technical education programs for offenders, in the amount of $13,933 and authorize unencumbered payment of said grant with internal accounting. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
