Authorize the Division of State Police to retroactively accept and expend a $202,241 grant known as “Sex Offender Registry updates grant” from the US Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs for the purpose of developing a more comprehensive, multi-jurisdictional Sex Offender Unit. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
