Authorize the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to accept and expend Disaster Assistance funds in the amount of $7,500,000 from the Federal Emergency Management Agency for the July 2013 Flooding, to reimburse local communities, state, and private non-profits. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds. Fiscal Committee approved.
