Description

Authorize the Bureau of Environment to enter into a sole source memorandum of understanding with the Department of Resources and Economic Development, Natural Heritage Bureau, for exporting technology, training staff, and developing a pilot wetland mitigation evaluation program, in an amount not to exceed $22,724.55. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
