Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into an agreement with Lakes Region Planning Commission, Meredith, NH, to promote coordinated transportation services for elderly individuals with disabilities, for an amount not to exceed $25,106. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2015. 100% Federal Funds.
