Authorize the Bureau of Bridge Design to enter into an Interstate Bridge Agreement with the State of VT to allow the Department to bill VT for costs associated with the replacement of the bridge carrying US Route 2 over the Connecticut River between Lancaster, NH, and Guildhall, VT. Effective upon G&C approval and continuing through engineering design, construction, inspection, and final acceptance of the completed project. 80% NH, 20% VT Funds.
