Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into an agreement with McFarland-Johnson Inc., Concord, NH, and Binghamton, NY, to prepare the second phase of the preliminary engineering design for the section of Interstate 93 passing through Bow and Concord from I-89 through I-393, in an amount not to exceed $1,660,885.66. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2015. 100% Turnpike Funds.
