Description
Authorize to retroactively amend a sub grant (originally approved by G&C on 1-16-13, item #12), to the NH Department of Safety, in the amount of $64,822 for sex offender unit staffing from the FFY 2012 Byrne JAG SORNA Grant Program, by extending the end date from September 30, 2013 to September 30, 2014. (2)Further authorize to enter into a new sub grant with the NH Department of Safety, in the amount of $61,626 for sex offender unit staffing from the Supplemental FFY 2012 Byrne JAG SORNA Grant Program. Effective upon G&C approval through September 30, 2014. 100% Federal Funds.
