Authorize the Bureau of Infectious Disease Control to enter into a grant agreement with the Town of Colebrook, NH, under which the Division of Public Health Services will provide one portable ventilator and necessary accessories valued at $6,990 to enhance respiratory medical capacity in response to a large-scale health emergency, using funding supported by the federal Department of Homeland Security Grant to NH. Effective upon G&C approval, and until the grant agreement is terminated by one of the parties. 100% Other Funds.
