Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with New Hampshire Harm Reduction Coalition, Dover, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8/30/24, Item #23), to allow the Department to increase funding, as recommended by the Governor’s Commission on Alcohol and Other Drugs, to support expanded capacity of harm reduction services to reduce fatal overdoses, by increasing the price limitation by $400,000 from $800,000 to $1,200,000 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2026. Effective upon G&C approval. 100% Other Funds (Governor’s Commission Fund)
