Description
Authorize the Board of Nursing Home Administrators, Board of Podiatry, Board of Optometry, Board of Dental Examiners and Office of Allied Health Professionals, to enter into a sole source Holdover amendment for up to two months extending the current five year lease with McCarthy Properties, West Wareham, MA, for rental of office space comprised of 3,500 square feet located at 2 Industrial Park Drive, Building A, Concord, NH, for an increase amount not to exceed $6,270.84 from $309,167.04 to $315,437.88, by extending the end date from October 31, 2013 through no later than December 31, 2013. 100% General Funds.
