Authorize the Division of Instruction to contract with Jane Provencher, Berlin, NH, to participate in Title 1-A program application reviews and to provide technical assistance to school districts and schools, in an amount not to exceed $40,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2014, with the option to renewal for up to one additional fiscal year. 100% Federal Funds.
