Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with MAO Pharmacy, Inc. d/b/a Westwood Pharmacy, Richmond, VA (originally approved by G&C on 6/21/17, Item #25), for the provision of pharmaceuticals and related pharmacy services for the Sununu Youth Services Center, by increasing the price limitation by $50,000 from $520,000 to $570,000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
