Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to amend a contract with Advance Transit Inc., Wilder, VT (originally approved by G&C on 1-11-12, item #106), to accommodate a revised vehicle deliver date for complementary ADA replacement busses, by extending the completion date from December 31, 2013 to April 30, 2014. No Additional Funding.
