Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Beverly Sinclair, R.N., Bradford, VT (originally approved by G&C on 5/3/23, Item #22), for the continued provision of podiatry services to residents of Glencliff Home, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $8,490 from $16,980 to $25,470 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027.
