Authorize to retroactively amend a grant award received from the Federal Bureau of Justice Statistics, National Criminal History Improvement Program, in the amount of $129,580 (originally approved by G&C on 12-5-12, item #29), by extending the end date from June 30, 2013 to September 30, 2014. (2)Further authorize to retroactively amend a sub grant with the NH Department of Safety in the amount of $129,450 (originally approved by G&C on 12-5-12, item #29), to be utilized to enhance the criminal history records system at the Department of Safety.
